Commercial Lines Senior Associate Client Representative

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Senior Associate Client Representative to join a team. This role involves supporting the daily management of a high-volume Commercial Lines book of select business. Under the guidance of a lead servicer, you will provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities

  • Assist the lead servicer in managing a high-volume book of business, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
  • Organize, attach, and name documents in EPIC.
  • Utilize templates and system-generated letters/forms to produce standard communications, such as BORs, proposal letters, change requests, and proofs of insurance.
  • Process policy endorsements in EPIC and billing systems.
  • Create and assign activities in EPIC to applicable team members.
  • Order and manage loss runs.

Qualifications/Requirements

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Property and Casualty insurance.

Professional Licenses/Certifications

  • Must hold a valid state Property & Casualty insurance license.

Essential Skills/Competencies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office products, including basic formatting.
  • Familiarity with agency management systems (EPIC) and carrier websites.
  • Basic understanding of property and casualty insurance coverage.
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet the expectations of co-workers and clients.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to meet quality standards and complete urgent tasks efficiently.
  • Capable of following established processes to derive solutions and achieve objectives under close direction from senior team members.

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
