Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise application solutions across multiple platforms.
• Ensure system performance, stability, and scalability through ongoing optimization efforts.
• Lead and participate in code reviews, design sessions, and architecture discussions.
• Manage application upgrades, patching, and release cycles to ensure seamless operations.
• Troubleshoot complex production and development issues, including conducting root cause analysis.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration plans, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to support system improvements and enhancements.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and best practice guidance to engineering teams.

Qualifications/Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in application development or software engineering.
• Strong expertise in enterprise platforms and system integrations.
• Proficiency in technologies such as .NET, C#, SQL, and modern development tools.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and exposure to AI-enabled architectures.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, including Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and testing tools.
• In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle and architectural best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise platforms such as BPM, integration tools, or document management systems.
• Exposure to AI governance frameworks or enterprise AI implementations.
• Background in highly regulated industries such as insurance or financial services.
