Compensation Package
- Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 annually, plus quarterly retention bonuses.

- Work Environment: Onsite position with potential for a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
- Provide A-Z servicing for a generalist book of business with account sizes ranging from $10,000 to $200,000.
- Manage and market new and renewal business, including quoting and policy reviews.
- Collaborate with producers and other account managers to ensure client satisfaction.
- Utilize Hawksoft software for account management and documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers to ensure retention and growth.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active 2-20 license is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
- Proficiency in Hawksoft or similar agency management software is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
