Compensation Package
- Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 annually, plus quarterly retention bonuses.
- Health Insurance: Eligible for benefits starting the 1st day of the month after completing 60 days. The company covers 77% of the employee-only base plan.
- Vacation/PTO: 80 hours of Vacation/PTO available after the first 90 days, plus all major holidays and your birthday off.
- 401(k) Plan: Eligible to participate after 1 year of employment. The company contributes 3% regardless of employee contribution.
- Work Environment: Onsite position with potential for a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
- Provide A-Z servicing for a generalist book of business with account sizes ranging from $10,000 to $200,000.
- Manage and market new and renewal business, including quoting and policy reviews.
- Collaborate with producers and other account managers to ensure client satisfaction.
- Utilize Hawksoft software for account management and documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers to ensure retention and growth.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active 2-20 license is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
- Proficiency in Hawksoft or similar agency management software is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
