Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a small, dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in commercial insurance who thrives in a collaborative and supportive work environment. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for servicing a variety of accounts, including government contractors, contractors, restaurants, and other small to mid-sized businesses. This is a client-focused role with no sales requirements unless desired.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance.
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid model with 2 days in-office and 3 days remote work after the training period.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
  • Manage and process new business quotes, renewals, and endorsements.
  • Utilize AMS360 and QQ Catalyst software to manage client accounts and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of commercial insurance experience within an agency setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 and QQ Catalyst software is preferred.
  • Account Knowledge: Experience handling small to mid-sized accounts, including government contractors, contractors, and restaurants.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
