Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for mid-market commercial lines accounts.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle renewals and quote new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide polished, professional, and client-facing service at all times.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Education: College degree preferred but not required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM).
  • Skills: Strong client-facing abilities, excellent communication skills, and a polished professional demeanor.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with EPIC software is required.
