Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is essential in managing middle-market accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of service. This position offers a hybrid work environment, with three days in-office and two days remote.

Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually
- 401(k): Competitive retirement plan
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of middle-market accounts with premiums ranging from $10,000 to $50,000.
- Handle quoting, renewals, and endorsements for clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Utilize Epic software to manage client information and workflows.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role managing commercial lines accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
