Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is essential in managing middle-market accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of service. This position offers a hybrid work environment, with three days in-office and two days remote.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually
  • 401(k): Competitive retirement plan

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of middle-market accounts with premiums ranging from $10,000 to $50,000.
  • Handle quoting, renewals, and endorsements for clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Utilize Epic software to manage client information and workflows.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role managing commercial lines accounts.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
