Insurance Account Manager (Hybrid Role)
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Insurance Account Manager to join a team. This hybrid role offers flexibility and the opportunity to grow within a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have experience using agency management software and a proven ability to manage a range of accounts. This role focuses on renewals, new prospects, endorsements, and service, with administrative support provided to streamline workflow.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 (up to $85,000 for highly qualified candidates)

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on renewals, endorsements, and new prospects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service
- Collaborate with an assistant who will handle administrative tasks, allowing focus on core account management responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and referrals to drive additional revenue
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in agency management software
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with agency management software
- Proven ability to manage a diverse range of accounts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively in a small office environment with a family-oriented culture
- Self-motivated and organized, with a keen attention to detail
