Insurance Account Manager (Hybrid Role)

 

Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Insurance Account Manager to join a team. This hybrid role offers flexibility and the opportunity to grow within a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have experience using agency management software and a proven ability to manage a range of accounts. This role focuses on renewals, new prospects, endorsements, and service, with administrative support provided to streamline workflow.

 

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 (up to $85,000 for highly qualified candidates)
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on renewals, endorsements, and new prospects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service
  • Collaborate with an assistant who will handle administrative tasks, allowing focus on core account management responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and referrals to drive additional revenue
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in agency management software

 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with agency management software
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse range of accounts
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach
  • Ability to work effectively in a small office environment with a family-oriented culture
  • Self-motivated and organized, with a keen attention to detail
