Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. Compensation Package
- Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually (up to $75,000 for highly qualified candidates)
- 401(k): 2% employer contribution

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business with approximately $250,000 in revenue, consisting of 50-60 small market accounts (account sizes ranging from $10,000 to $100,000).
- Provide end-to-end account management, including quoting new and renewal business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service and support to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Preferred Experience: 5+ years in commercial lines account management.
- Licenses/Designations: P8C license required.
- Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an in-office environment.
