Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an independent agency environment where you will have ownership of accounts, support producers, and play a key role in client retention and agency efficiency. This in-person role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in commercial lines servicing who thrives in a client-facing position.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $62,000 – $85,000 base, depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Manage renewals, endorsements, certificates, and claims support for commercial lines clients
- Assist with quoting new and renewal business
- Coordinate with carriers and maintain accurate files in the agency management system
- Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions
- Provide exceptional client communication and support to maintain strong relationships
- Support producers with account management, submissions, and follow-ups
- Contribute to agency efficiency and client retention through organized and proactive service
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Ohio Property & Casualty license required
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2+ years in commercial lines servicing
- Background in independent agency environments preferred
- Experience with small to middle-market commercial accounts
- Skills:
- Proficiency in managing renewals, endorsements, certificates, and claims
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with agency management systems preferred
- Education: Professional development in insurance or related fields is a plus
