Commercial Insurance Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will support multiple producers and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts across industries such as manufacturing, trucking, food, farming, landscaping, contracting, and restaurants. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to clients.

Compensation Package

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with producers to develop and execute strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Work with a variety of industries, including manufacturing, trucking, food, farming, landscaping, contracting, and restaurants.
  • Utilize the AMS Epic system to manage client information and streamline workflows.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key carriers, including Westfield, Cincinnati, Encova, and Travelers.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, policy changes, and claims assistance.
  • Participate in quarterly in-office meetings if working remotely within the Eastern Time Zone.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial insurance account management, preferably with exposure to industries such as manufacturing, trucking, or contracting.
  • Familiarity with AMS Epic or similar agency management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and carriers, including Westfield, Cincinnati, Encova, and Travelers.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid capacity (2-3 days in-office) if local, or remotely with quarterly in-office visits if located within the Eastern Time Zone.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
