Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. The agency specializes in providing a wide range of insurance coverage, with a large focus on contracts and construction. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range:
    • 2+ years of experience: $60,000 - $75,000
    • 5+ years of experience: $75,000 - $100,000
  • Benefits:

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts of varying sizes, with a primary focus on contracts and construction.
  • Handle renewals and new business processes, including quoting and binding policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the back-office team to ensure seamless administrative support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency management system (EZLynx).
  • Support the COO and other team members in achieving departmental goals.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Lines Account Management; 5+ years preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EZLynx or similar agency management software.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
