Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. The agency specializes in providing a wide range of insurance coverage, with a large focus on contracts and construction. Compensation Package
- Salary Range:
- 2+ years of experience: $60,000 - $75,000
- 5+ years of experience: $75,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts of varying sizes, with a primary focus on contracts and construction.
- Handle renewals and new business processes, including quoting and binding policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the back-office team to ensure seamless administrative support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency management system (EZLynx).
- Support the COO and other team members in achieving departmental goals.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Lines Account Management; 5+ years preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EZLynx or similar agency management software.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
