Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for managing a full book of business, handling claims and payments, policy renewals, new business sales, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, possess a P&C license, and be proficient in Applied Epic software.
Responsibilities
- Manage claims and payment assistance
- Review policy renewals, pricing, and delivery
- Support new business sales by sourcing, preparing quotes, and making presentations
- Complete Acord and application forms
- Handle inbound and outbound sales and service calls
- Maintain the Applied Epic agency management system
- Assist with departmental tasks and work with MGAs and underwriters
Qualifications/Requirements
- P&C license
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Applied Epic software
- Experience with surplus lines
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
