Job Title: Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and managing personal insurance accounts. You will assist in evaluating client needs, offering tailored insurance solutions, and building strong, long-lasting relationships. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction, retaining clients, and driving company success.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for personal lines accounts, assisting clients with questions, concerns, and policy updates.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Review client insurance needs and provide tailored insurance recommendations to meet their requirements.
  • Process new insurance applications, renewals, and endorsements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Assist clients in filing claims, coordinating with insurance carriers, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Stay updated on insurance products, trends, and regulations to provide informed advice and maintain compliance.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to promote additional services and enhance client portfolios.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance internal processes and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Provide timely and thorough communication to clients and team members regarding account matters.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Insurance Representative, or similar role, with a focus on personal lines.
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
  • Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products, coverages, and regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise manner.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in agency management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
