Commercial Lines Agent
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and driven Commercial Lines Agent to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a team-oriented environment within a rapidly expanding organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial lines sales as a generalist, working with a variety of accounts, and contributing to the overall success of the department.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $48,000 - $52,000 annually
- Commission Options:
- 20% commission on all new business in addition to base salary, or
- 40% commission on new business and 20% on renewals (commission earned after covering base salary)
- Benefits:

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a book of commercial lines business as a generalist.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Quote and sell new and renewal business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning opportunities.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property and Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; 2-5 years preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
