Commercial Lines CSR
Job Summary
Established insurance agency is seeking a Commercial Lines CSR to support the commercial department. This role partners closely with Account Executives and Producers to provide high-quality client service, assist with account retention, and support daily service operations. The position offers a collaborative team environment with exposure to a variety of commercial accounts.
Responsibilities
- Support Account Executives with day-to-day servicing of commercial accounts
- Respond to client inquiries regarding policies, coverage, and billing
- Assist with policy quoting, binding, issuing, and marketing for new and renewal business
- Identify account rounding opportunities and recommend additional coverage when appropriate
- Maintain accurate documentation within agency management software
- Provide administrative and back-office support to the commercial team
- Input and update account information within internal systems
- Collaborate with Producers and service team members to ensure client needs are met
- Participate in special projects and departmental assignments as needed
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with an independent brokerage or agency
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
- Experience working in a team-based environment
- Strong client-facing customer service skills
- Experience with data entry and online quoting platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems independently
- College degree preferred, but not required
Compensation Package
- Base salary: $85,000 – $95,000 annually
- Commission opportunities
