Territory Sales Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join a team. Compensation Package
- Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and agency partners within the assigned territory.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular visits to agency partners to deliver training, share updates, and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals and objectives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to promote products and services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Travel within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight stays.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven track record of success in a sales organization.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the property and casualty insurance industry.
- Professional and positive attitude with excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently without daily supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.
- College degree preferred.
- Ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of individuals.
