Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a growing team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to the clients, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring the smooth management of commercial insurance accounts. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Assist Account Managers in servicing a designated book of commercial lines business.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and proactive account management.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates of insurance, renewals, and audits.
- Collaborate with producers to identify client needs and provide strategic insurance solutions.
- Work with carriers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and resolve billing or policy issues.
- Prepare proposals, review coverages, and assist clients with claims as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system.
- Ensure compliance with agency standards and industry regulations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance, with strong knowledge of coverages such as General Liability, Property, Auto, Workers Compensation, Umbrella, and Professional Liability.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 or similar agency management systems is preferred.
- Work Tenure: A proven track record of consistent job tenure in previous roles is required.
