Employee Benefits Account Executive

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Executive to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large market book of business, developing strategies for the servicing team, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. This is a hybrid role with remote flexibility and occasional travel.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 annually

  • Work Environment: Hybrid with remote flexibility, equipment provided for remote work

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day servicing of a large market book of business
  • Develop and implement strategies for the servicing team to ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to share ideas and best practices
  • Act as a problem-solver and think creatively to address client needs
  • Maintain a continuous improvement mindset to enhance processes and outcomes

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience as an Employee Benefits Account Executive
  • Holds an active L&H (Life and Health) insurance license
  • Proficiency in using Epic software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
  • Self-starter with a team-oriented and collaborative mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment
  • Occasional travel may be required
