Employee Benefits Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to supporting self-funded accounts and large group clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewals, marketing, and new business development.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k).
Responsibilities
- Manage and service self-funded accounts and large group clients.
- Conduct renewals, marketing, and new business activities.
- Assist with quoting new and renewal business.
- Participate in open enrollment meetings and provide support to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and successful outcomes.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Active Life & Health (L&H) license is required.
- Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- A proactive, go-getter attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
