Employee Benefits Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to supporting self-funded accounts and large group clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewals, marketing, and new business development.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k).

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service self-funded accounts and large group clients.
  • Conduct renewals, marketing, and new business activities.
  • Assist with quoting new and renewal business.
  • Participate in open enrollment meetings and provide support to clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and successful outcomes.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Active Life & Health (L&H) license is required.
  • Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • A proactive, go-getter attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
