Job Summary

The Employee Benefits Producer will play a critical role in providing tailored benefits solutions designed to meet the evolving needs of businesses and their workforce. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients to address their employee benefits needs.
- Design, market, and propose comprehensive strategies that include group health, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefit programs for organizations across various industries.
- Collaborate with internal account management teams to create exceptional client experiences and ensure timely solution delivery.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to prospect, qualify, and retain new clients.
- Educate clients on compliance requirements, best practices, and industry trends related to employee benefits.
- Conduct negotiations with insurance carriers to secure cost-effective coverage options.
- Provide detailed presentations to clients, HR teams, and executive leadership explaining employee benefit solutions and value propositions.
- Keep updated on market trends and industry regulations to inform and optimize client offerings.
- Represent the organization professionally in all interactions, including client meetings, networking events, and industry functions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field (or equivalent working experience).
- Active Insurance Producer License (Health and Life) required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in employee benefits consulting, insurance sales, or a related field.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in competitive environments.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively address client needs.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and insurance software platforms.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
