Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and driven Employee Benefits Producer to join a growing team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of large accounts, with a focus on accounts generating $25,000+ in revenue.
- Drive new business acquisition while maintaining and renewing existing accounts.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships through effective communication and trust-building.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with informed recommendations.
- Attend client meetings and networking events as needed, with some travel required.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of benefits sales experience within a broker setting.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including personality, drive, and the ability to work independently as a self-starter.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
