High Net Worth Associate Account Manager
Job Summary
A growing independent insurance agency is seeking a High Net Worth Associate Account Manager to support a private client team. This role is ideal for an experienced insurance professional with exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy. The position plays a key role in maintaining precise client records, delivering error-free work, and supporting time-sensitive and complex account activity. Success requires full accountability for quality and accuracy from initiation through completion.
Responsibilities
- Process endorsements that do not require underwriting approval
- Generate and maintain updated summaries of insurance for high-value accounts
- Assist with detailed insurance reviews by identifying discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies and elevating findings appropriately
- Prepare endorsement quotes
- Retrieve inspections from carrier websites, attach documentation in agency management software, and flag items requiring immediate attention
- Enter manually processed or non-download policy renewals and endorsements into agency management software, including full-term premium updates
- Generate and process loss payee requests
- Handle mortgagee requests, including refinances, HELOCs, and coverage verifications
- Issue certificates of insurance for landlords and property management companies
- Assist with billing inquiries and payment processing
- Issue ID cards and binders for existing auto policies
- Process vehicle changes to auto and umbrella policies, including driver reassignments to help optimize premium when appropriate
- Follow up on documentation for new vehicles to confirm proper valuation and applicable safety feature credits
- Review daily downloads related to endorsements and update agency management software records as needed
- Support special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
- 5+ years of insurance experience, preferably within High Net Worth or Private Client lines
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and DocuSign
- Experience with agency management software; AMS360 experience preferred
- Familiarity with high-net-worth carrier portals such as Chubb, PURE Insurance, The Cincinnati Insurance Companies, Berkley One, AIG Private Client Group, and Vault preferred
- Advanced computer literacy and technical proficiency
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
