Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves assisting Producers and agency clients in the daily management and growth of a book of business through account retention, account rounding, and new business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with high-net-worth (HNW) clientele and a deep understanding of insurance products and markets.

Responsibilities
As a Personal Lines Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support to Producers, the agency, and HNW clients in the daily management of policies.
- Completing new and renewal applications in coordination with Producers and clients.
- Quoting online or submitting applications to eligible carriers and ensuring timely receipt of quotes and renewal policies.
- Reviewing carrier proposals for accuracy and highlighting coverage differences.
- Assisting Producers in preparing client proposals and renewal summaries.
- Managing policy changes, renewals, and other client requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Building and maintaining productive relationships with critical centers of influence, including family offices, wealth advisors, CPAs, lenders, and realtors.
- Processing incoming mail and phone requests promptly and appropriately.
- Ensuring timely invoicing, payment collection, and policy cancellations in accordance with agency standards.
- Staying informed about industry trends, new products, legislation, and technology to continuously improve knowledge and performance.
Qualifications/Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- A current Property and Casualty Agent License.
- Proven experience handling high-net-worth clients.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products, high-net-worth insurance markets (e.g., Chubb, Vault, Pure, Cincinnati, BerkleyOne), and non-admitted carriers and brokers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Applied EPIC or similar agency management systems.
- A college degree is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage workflow efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, carriers, and other business contacts.
- A commitment to staying informed about industry developments and maintaining required licenses.
