Bilingual (Spanish & English) Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual (Spanish & English) Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and has a strong understanding of personal lines insurance. The successful candidate will work in a collaborative and relaxed office environment, managing small personal accounts, including farm and agricultural policies.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 annually (based on experience)
- Hourly Rate: Starting at $25+ per hour

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business with approximately $2.5 million in premiums.
- Handle small personal line accounts, including farm and agricultural policies.
- Review insurance policies and prepare certificates of insurance.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to facilitate renewals and obtain renewal quotes.
- Quote new business (20%) and renewal business (80%).
- Utilize AMS360 software for account management (training provided if necessary).
Qualifications/Requirements
- Language Skills: Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Washington State.
- Experience:
- Open to candidates with 0-5 years of experience.
- Candidates with 5+ years of experience will be considered for higher compensation.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with AMS360 software is preferred but not required (training available).

- Easy-going and adaptable personality.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
