Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual (Spanish & English) Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and has a strong understanding of personal lines insurance. The successful candidate will work in a collaborative and relaxed office environment, managing small personal accounts, including farm and agricultural policies.

Compensation Package

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 annually (based on experience)
Hourly Rate: Starting at $25+ per hour

Responsibilities

Manage a book of business with approximately $2.5 million in premiums.
Handle small personal line accounts, including farm and agricultural policies.
Review insurance policies and prepare certificates of insurance.
Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and provide solutions.
Collaborate with insurance carriers to facilitate renewals and obtain renewal quotes.
Quote new business (20%) and renewal business (80%).
Utilize AMS360 software for account management (training provided if necessary).

Qualifications/Requirements

Language Skills: Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Washington State.
Experience:
- Open to candidates with 0-5 years of experience.
- Candidates with 5+ years of experience will be considered for higher compensation.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with AMS360 software is preferred but not required (training available).
Soft Skills:
- Easy-going and adaptable personality.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
