Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day servicing of personal lines accounts, including policy renewals and client communications.
  • Conduct six-month policy reviews and address client inquiries regarding payments, claims, and coverage.
  • Collaborate with producers to ensure seamless client service and account management.
  • Utilize AMS360 and PL Rater software for account management tasks.
  • Work with various carriers including but not limited to Travelers, Progressive, Nationwide, Philadelphia, Selective, Chubb, Geico, The Hartford, and Safeco.
  • Support clients with payment issues and claims, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with quoting and rating processes as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Required:
    • Property & Casualty (P&C) license
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a personal lines service representative in an independent agency.
    • Familiarity with carriers such as Travelers, Progressive, Nationwide, and others listed above.
    • Proficiency in AMS360 and PL Rater software.
  • Preferred:
    • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
    • Empathy, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Ability to take initiative and contribute to process improvements.
    • Commitment to professional growth and obtaining industry designations.
