Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a well-established and growing team.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of standard personal lines accounts, including landlord accounts, dwelling fire, auto, and umbrella policies
- Handle quoting and renewals, with an even balance between new and renewal business
- Participate in occasional networking events to build relationships and generate referrals
- Round out accounts by identifying opportunities to expand coverage and meet client needs
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with team members to support departmental growth goals
- Utilize agency management software to manage accounts efficiently
Qualifications/Requirements
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance (experience with captive agencies will be considered)
- Proficiency in Epic and PL Rater software preferred
- Comfortable attending networking events and building professional relationships
- Minimal travel required for occasional networking events
