We're on the hunt for an outgoing and hardworking Private Client Account Manager to join our growing team! You'll play a key role in building strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, managing their insurance needs, and helping them feel supported every step of the way. If you’re a problem-solver with a knack for delivering excellent service, know your way around AMS 360 and understand personal insurance for things like boats, yachts, jewelry, and other high-value items, we’d love to meet you!  

## What You’ll Do  

- Be the go-to person for private clients, making sure they have a seamless experience.  
- Manage a variety of high-net-worth accounts involving personal insurance for things like yachts, jewelry, and regular personal coverage.  
- Use AMS 360 to keep track of account details, process renewals, handle endorsements, and follow up on claims.  
- Teach clients about their options, making sure they're educated on the best coverage for their needs.  
- Build trust and long-lasting relationships by being responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable.     
- Stay on top of the latest insurance trends, products, and regulations, so you can pass that knowledge on to your clients.  
- Help create a positive and inclusive team environment that encourages collaboration and celebrates diversity.  

## A Typical Day  

- Check in on your client accounts to ensure everything’s running smoothly and update policies to fit their evolving needs.  
- Use AMS 360 to manage tasks like sending emails, monitoring claims, and updating policy documents.  
- Work with insurance carriers to find tailored solutions for those unique, one-of-a-kind coverage needs.  
- Quickly respond to client questions or concerns to build their trust and confidence.  
- Join team meetings to swap ideas, learn new strategies, and contribute to an environment that embraces growth and equity.  
- Stay organized! Keep track of renewals, documentation, and client communications to ensure everything runs smoothly and meets compliance standards.
