P&C Agent
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Property & Casualty (P&C) Agent to join a growing team. This role involves managing accounts from start to finish, including quoting new and renewal business, up-selling, cross-selling, and working with leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both personal and commercial lines, with a proven track record of success in a captive or independent insurance setting.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 annually (depending on experience) + commissions

Responsibilities
- Manage accounts from A-Z, including quoting, servicing, and renewing policies
- Handle both personal and commercial lines accounts, ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 in size
- Actively up-sell and cross-sell insurance products to meet client needs
- Work collaboratively with team members to manage the office’s book of business
- Utilize AMS360 software for account management and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active P&C license required; Life & Health (L&H) license is a plus
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in a captive or independent insurance setting
