Senior Claims Specialist - Multi-Line Adjuster

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Claims Specialist - Multi-Line Adjuster to join a team. This role involves managing a diverse caseload, including General Liability, Commercial Auto, Property Damage, Bodily Injury, and Litigation claims. The ideal candidate will possess strong coverage knowledge and a proactive, adaptable approach to handling claims.

Compensation Package

• Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 100-125 claims, including litigation cases.
• Handle claims related to General Liability, Commercial Auto, Property Damage, Liability, Total Loss, and Bodily Injury.
• Conduct thorough investigations, evaluate coverage, and determine appropriate resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective claim settlements.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation for all claims.
• Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience handling General Liability, Commercial Auto, Property Damage, Liability, Total Loss, Bodily Injury, and Litigation claims.
• Active Adjuster License is required.
• Strong knowledge of insurance coverage and claims processes.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• A team-oriented and adaptable mindset.
