Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service and support to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage a generalist book of business, with a focus on middle-market construction and contractor-heavy accounts.
- Handle new business quotes, renewals, and endorsements.
- Maintain strong relationships with Florida-based carriers and markets.
- Utilize AMS360 and ImageRight software for account management and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active 2-20 Florida insurance license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a focus on the Florida market and carrier relationships.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 and ImageRight software is preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of middle-market construction and contractor-heavy accounts.
- Client-Focused: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote work environment.
