Account Manager - Commercial Lines (Construction/Diversified)

Job Summary

Seeking experienced and detail-oriented Account Managers to join a Commercial Lines team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established and respected agency. The successful candidates will manage a book of business in either Construction or Diversified accounts, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Work Schedule: Hybrid model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) with flexible Fridays.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business for either Construction or Diversified accounts:
    • Construction Accounts: $1.2M in revenue, 40-45 clients, accounts ranging from $15K to $200K in revenue.
    • Diversified Accounts: $1M in revenue, 60-80 clients, accounts up to $100K in revenue. Generalist background preferred, with experience in Human Services, Manufacturing, HOAs, Condos, etc.
  • Quote new and renewal business.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize AMS 360 and ImageRight software for account management and documentation.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years in a similar role preferred; candidates with less experience may be considered based on qualifications.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 and ImageRight software.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and delegate.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment.
