Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of standard personal lines accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Quote new and renewal business to ensure competitive and comprehensive coverage for clients
- Collaborate with centralized departments for specialty risk products, bonds, and marketing support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system
- Foster strong relationships with clients, producers, and internal team members
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Open to candidates with 1-2 years of experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager, up to tenured professionals
- Licensure/Designations: Relevant insurance licenses preferred
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with agency management systems and quoting tools is a plus
- A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding client service
