Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team.

Compensation Package

Manage and service a portfolio of standard personal lines accounts
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Quote new and renewal business to ensure competitive and comprehensive coverage for clients
Collaborate with centralized departments for specialty risk products, bonds, and marketing support
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system
Foster strong relationships with clients, producers, and internal team members

Experience: Open to candidates with 1-2 years of experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager, up to tenured professionals
Licensure/Designations: Relevant insurance licenses preferred
Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with agency management systems and quoting tools is a plus
A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding client service
