Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team.

Compensation Package

Assist clients in understanding and determining their commercial insurance needs.
Oversee and manage client accounts, including policy changes, applications, Acord Forms, Supplementals, CRM entry, Citizens Quotations, and claims.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure maximum retention and satisfaction.
Handle renewals, marketing, and new market service offerings.
Quote new and renewal business as needed.
Perform other duties as required to support the team and agency goals.

Licenses: Must hold a 2-20 or 4-40 license.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in commercial insurance, with a strong understanding of the marketing process.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HawkSoft and EPIC software is preferred.
Education: Relevant certifications or training in insurance are a plus.
