Commercial Lines Account Manager (AM2 or AM3)
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role focuses on servicing accounts in the construction and contractors sector, with a strong emphasis on surety and bonds. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing commercial lines accounts, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, wellness-focused work environment. This position offers the flexibility of being fully remote or hybrid, depending on the candidate's location.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of business focused on construction and contractor accounts.
- Handle quoting for new and renewal business.
- Provide expertise in surety and bonds for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a focus on construction and contractors.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is required.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
