Job Summary

Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually
- Earning Potential: Up to $75,000 in the first year with bonuses and commissions

- Paid Time Off (PTO): Minimum of 2 weeks, based on experience
Responsibilities
- Sell insurance products and services to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and grow client relationships.
- Build, manage, and develop a high-performing team.
- Work with carriers such as Erie, Grange, Safeco, Foremost, AAA, and Progressive.
- Gain expertise in flood insurance and other specialized products.
- Commit to a 45-50 hour workweek to ensure the success of the Lancaster office.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: 5-7 years of proven success in the insurance industry.
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Hawksoft software is preferred.

- Adaptability and eagerness to learn.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Background Requirements: Must pass a background and credit check. No DUIs in the last 7 years.
