Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative/Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative/Account Manager to join a close-knit and growing team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000+ (depending on experience)

- Hybrid schedule (2 days remote, 3 days in-office)
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving billing questions.
- Process documents and provide administrative support to account managers.
- Manage a generalist book of accounts with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Licensure/Designations in Property & Casualty (P&C) preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in TAM software is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, family-owned business environment.
