Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative/Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative/Account Manager to join a close-knit and growing team. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000+ (depending on experience)

  • Hybrid schedule (2 days remote, 3 days in-office)

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving billing questions.
  • Process documents and provide administrative support to account managers.
  • Manage a generalist book of accounts with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Licensure/Designations in Property & Casualty (P&C) preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in TAM software is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, family-owned business environment.
