Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and professional Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of mid-to-large market accounts, including school districts and municipalities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines within an agency setting and a proven ability to deliver exceptional client service. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $55,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end account management (A-Z) for a generalist book of mid-to-large market accounts.
  • Focus on quoting and managing new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and care.
  • Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage accounts and ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of commercial lines agency experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is highly desirable.
  • Strong professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
