Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager (CLAAM)
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager (CLAAM) to join a growing team. Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 annually
- Additional Compensation: Commission on account rounding/cross-selling opportunities

Responsibilities
- Assist Account Managers with day-to-day tasks, including obtaining loss runs, opening mail, and other administrative duties.
- Provide support in quoting and processing select business accounts with premiums under $25,000.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction.
- Participate in hands-on training to develop skills and knowledge in commercial lines insurance.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and contributing to the team’s success.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a support capacity within the insurance industry.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Vertafore (Catalyst version) or similar agency management software is preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Professional and presentable demeanor.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate insurance knowledge.
