Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (PL CSR) to join a remote team of six professionals. Established in 2007, the company specializes in personal lines insurance, with some commercial accounts. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, answering client inquiries, and supporting the clients with their insurance needs. Compensation Package
- Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Handle basic customer service representative tasks, including answering phone calls and assisting clients with their insurance needs.
- Support personal lines accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all client interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a high standard of service and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Active 2044 or 220 license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an independent insurance agency.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in QQ Catalyst software is required.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Work Environment: This is a fully remote position; candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
