Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Lines Producer to join our insurance team. As a Commercial Lines Producer, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the commercial insurance market. This role requires a strong understanding of insurance products and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial insurance market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders
• Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate products and coverage options
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and risk assessments to clients
• Negotiate insurance terms and conditions on behalf of clients
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices
• Collaborate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other professionals to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience as an Insurance Producer with a focus on commercial lines
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverage options
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals
• Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• A proven track record of consistent job tenure in previous roles is required
