Personal Lines Account Executive

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Executive to join a growing team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 annually, based on experience.

- Work Environment: Onsite position for at least the first year, with potential for hybrid work thereafter.
Responsibilities
As a Personal Lines Account Executive, you will:
- Manage a diverse book of business, including standard, high-net-worth (HNW), and excess accounts.
- Handle quoting, remarketing, general service, internal sales, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
- Collaborate with a team of four other account executives to support the agency's growth.
- Work with carriers such as Travelers, Progressive, Cincinnati, Penn National, Chubb, and Utica.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensing: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with carriers or captive agencies is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
