Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to the clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in an independent agency setting and a strong understanding of personal lines insurance.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to personal lines accounts, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Handle quoting for new and renewal business as needed, with a focus on service rather than frequent quoting.
- Manage account renewals, including remarketing when necessary.
- Encourage and facilitate account rounding and cross-selling opportunities to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with the Personal Lines Department Manager and other account managers for training and ongoing support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency management system.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous experience in an independent insurance agency is required.
- Proficiency with the EPIC management system is preferred.
- Familiarity with Erie Insurance is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
