Personal Lines Producer/Agent
Job Summary
Seeking dynamic and motivated Personal Lines Producers/Agents to join a growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for building strong client relationships and a proven ability to drive new business. As a Personal Lines Producer/Agent, you will be responsible for maintaining and maximizing profitable relationships with personal lines clients while growing your book of business through new client acquisition. This is a hybrid role that combines in-office, fieldwork, and remote flexibility, allowing you to build meaningful connections with realtors, loan officers, and clients.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 (flexible based on experience)
- Commission: 20% on new business
- Additional Benefits:
- 20% commission on referred new business commercial accounts

- One-week onsite training provided in Charlotte
Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and solicit new clients to grow your book of business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with realtors, loan officers, and clients.
- Provide insurance solutions for personal lines, including home, auto, umbrella, and recreational vehicles.
- Quote new business and assist clients with their insurance needs during home closings.
- Collaborate with the service team and other departments to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Regularly visit realty and loan offices to establish and strengthen partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and maintain a strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role; candidates with captive or independent agency experience are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with AMS 360 and AgencyZoom software is preferred.

- Other Requirements:
