Bilingual Insurance Agent - Sales and Service

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Insurance Agent - Sales and Service to join a team at a well-established, small insurance agency. This role is based in-office and focuses on personal and small commercial lines of insurance. The ideal candidate will possess a Property & Casualty (P&C) license, have a proven track record in insurance sales and service, and be fluent in both English and Spanish. Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Commission: 20% on new business
• Health Benefits: Employer contributes to health insurance (no dental/vision coverage)

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Quote and process new and renewal business for personal and small commercial lines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with the team to manage the book of business and ensure seamless operations.
• Utilize EZ Lynx software for quoting, policy management, and documentation.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in insurance sales and service, with a focus on personal and small commercial lines.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EZ Lynx software is preferred.
• Soft Skills: Dependable, communicative, and customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
• Work Environment: This is a fully onsite position; remote work is not available.
