Client Relationship Manager (CLAM)
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Relationship Manager (CLAM) to join a team. This role is integral to the operations, focusing on servicing the hotel division accounts, which include a wide range of hospitality clients. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial lines (CL) insurance, exceptional client service skills, and a proactive approach to managing client relationships. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including three weeks of combined PTO and sick time.
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid work model available after 90 days of training.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the hotel division accounts, focusing on hospitality clients.
- Handle daily account management duties, including addressing issues raised by Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and servicing client needs.
- Manage the quoting process for new and renewal business.
- Collaborate with Producers to ensure seamless client service (no marketing responsibilities required).
- Utilize EPIC software for account management (preferred but not required).
- Uphold the company’s core values and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance (hospitality account experience highly preferred).
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Proficiency in EPIC software is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment after completing the initial training period.
- A proactive and client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
