Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. Compensation Package

  • Salary: Up to $90,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
  • Benefits: 100% employer-paid individual benefits
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (minimum of 3 days in the office per week; more in-office time preferred)
  • Travel: No travel required

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Manage and service a portfolio of commercial accounts, with a focus on labor unions and related industries.
  • Handle quoting for new and renewal business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide expert guidance and solutions for clients across property, commercial auto, workers' compensation, and umbrella lines.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: 4-7+ years of commercial account management experience; candidates with less experience will not be considered.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
  • Client-Facing Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
