Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to the continued growth and success, as it specialize in providing exceptional service to the clients in the labor unions niche, managing property, commercial auto, workers' compensation, and umbrella lines. Compensation Package

• Salary: Up to $90,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
• Benefits: 100% employer-paid individual benefits
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (minimum of 3 days in the office per week; more in-office time preferred)
• Travel: No travel required

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
• Manage and service a portfolio of commercial accounts, with a focus on labor unions and related industries.
• Handle quoting for new and renewal business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
• Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Provide expert guidance and solutions for clients across property, commercial auto, workers' compensation, and umbrella lines.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: 4-7+ years of commercial account management experience; candidates with less experience will not be considered.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
• Client-Facing Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
