Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Producer to join a growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced insurance professional with a proven track record in mid-market accounts (minimum $25K premium). Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: Starting at $70,000 (negotiable based on experience)
  • Commission Structure: 50% on new business, 30-40% on renewals (based on performance)
  • 401(k): 6% employer match

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts with premiums of $25K or higher
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders
  • Negotiate deals with underwriters to secure optimal coverage for clients
  • Drive new business growth while maintaining high client retention rates
  • Collaborate with account managers and administrative support to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in team functions and contribute to a positive workplace culture

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of success in new business development and renewals; recent graduates with a strong sales mentality and hunger for success will also be considered
  • Licenses/Certifications: Relevant insurance licenses preferred
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce and Applied Epic (or similar CRM/insurance software)
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building abilities
  • Work Environment: Open to hybrid or fully remote arrangements; candidates must be willing to attend team functions periodically
  • Background Check: Successful completion of a background and reference check required
  • Training: Comprehensive 6-week onboarding and training program provided
