Personal Lines Sales Agent/Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Sales Agent/Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong sales mindset and expertise in personal lines insurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing standard personal lines accounts, handling call-ins, and working with warm leads. This is an in-office position, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 (Dependent on Experience)
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package details will be provided during the interview process.
  • 401(k): Not applicable for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to clients by managing standard personal lines accounts ranging from $1,000 to $50,000 in size.
  • Handle incoming client inquiries and warm leads, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Quote new and renewal business, leveraging your expertise to provide tailored insurance solutions.
  • Utilize EPIC software to manage client accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the department.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance and sales.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Strong sales mindset and ability to identify client needs.
    • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
