Commercial Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Producer to join a dynamic and growing team. Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
- Revenue Sharing: 40/30 splits
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid work environment
Responsibilities
- Generate $100,000 in annual revenue through the acquisition and retention of commercial accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage client information, track sales activities, and generate reports.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide clients with up-to-date advice and solutions.
- Participate in team meetings, shadowing sessions, and assessments as part of the onboarding and integration process.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in insurance risk management or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
